ShipWhere do you ship, and how fast?
Anywhere in the US, with international shipping on request. Sterling pieces in stock ship in 3 to 5 business days, insured and tracked. Vermeil is made to order in 10 to 14 days.
SizeHow big are the pendants?
Between 34 and 38 mm tall, sized to read clearly on the chest without swinging. Exact measurements and weight are on each piece page.
ChainDoes a chain come with it?
Pendants ship on their own so you can wear them with a chain you already love. The bail fits chains up to 6 mm. Matching 5 mm sterling Cuban chains are available at checkout.
CareWill it tarnish?
Sterling darkens over time, which is part of its character. Polish the high points with a soft cloth and leave the recesses dark. Store it in the pouch it ships in.
ReturnCan I return a piece?
Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Commissions, logo pieces and engraved items are final.
EditionWhat happens when an edition sells out?
It closes for good in that metal. The number on your piece is permanent and recorded, so it can always be verified.
